FACILITY APPEARANCE IMPROVEMENTS COMPLETED

After several weeks of review, planning, discussion, redesign, additional discussion, reconsideration, and an unreasonable number of requests involving the movement of objects by approximately four pixels, the Scale Speed Syndicate Facility Enhancement Program has officially concluded.

Recent improvements include:

• Expanded garage landscaping operations• Additional trackside infrastructure upgrades• Winner's Circle modernization• Merchandise Division improvements• General reduction in visual confusion

Management is pleased to report that the facility now appears significantly more professional while remaining only mildly suspicious.

Several departments have expressed concern that the organization may now look too legitimate. These concerns are currently under review.

No racing performance gains have been documented as a result of the improvements.

However, morale increased approximately 17%.

This figure was entirely fabricated.

No further action is recommended.

The facility may now enjoy a period of temporary operational calm.

Temporary.

Administrative Note: Any future requests involving the relocation of signs, vehicles, logos, trees, personnel, buildings, barriers, banners, walls, spectators, pavement, clouds, shadows, reflections, or objects by less than five pixels will be reviewed by the SSS Committee on Excessive Perfectionism. Processing times may vary.
